That's absolutely amazing service - quicker than any other book order I've placed anywhere. (Yes, even Amazon.) I'll also add another appreciation: did CPH pick up a little packaging strategy from Apple? I haven't dug much into the contents yet, but the packaging of my TDP (the deluxe version) definitely had that "ooooohhhh" factor - from the box to the very neatly-folded paper wrapper protecting the cover. In the CPH products I've ordered lately (this and the "Concordia" publication from last year) I've noted an amazing attention to detail - thanks to the CPH staff for their hard work.
