From a non-Lutheran ( not yet as least ), very, very nice. Are the Reading Plan/Lectionary and Order of Daily Prayer pasted in the front or back or somehow integrated into the Bible itself?

In an earlier post, I thought you had mentioned that CPH might eventually publish a version of The Lutheran Study Bible containing the apocryphal books. If so, are you able to say when this version might be released? Thank you.
I don’t think I’ve said we are going to publish one with the Apocrypha. If that were to happen, it would only be possible after years of careful teaching and education.
