Where’s the Treasury of Daily Prayer in that picture?!? These are not all the volumes in The Essential Lutheran Library, right?

Pr. McCain, just curious, but what’s the the little LSB? I’m assuming that that’s the small gift edition, but it’s hard to tell if it’s hardback or paperback. Also, when will the pastor’s desk edition be available? Is that still in the works?
