I know some people do not like the style of these videos, but I think they are really quite powerful, for a certain demographic that most older folks simply “don’t get.” Check this latest video from the Wretched Network. Yes, the man singing the song was serious.

    Glory, glory, howl-lelujah?! Please tell me this is just the canine version of the cat yodeling video. Kyrie eleison!

    I didn’t know Glenn Beck converted to Christianity.

      Not in a Concordia Publishing House VBS or Sunday School.

    What’s really disturbing is that I can imagine this song being used in VBS or Sunday School. (Protect us from this, heavenly Father!)

    Um…

    Uh…

    Wow. Is that guy a “furry” or something, or did he really just do this because he thought it was a cute song? Because it’s not.

    ARGH! Now it’s stuck in my head! Not cool. People who write bad songs should at least try not to set them to catchy tunes.

    Well – that was 2 minutes and 34 seconds of my life that I will never get back.

    Friel handled it with pretty good low-key humor, though.

    Wasn’t there a song called Drop-Kick Me Jesus Through The Goal-Posts of Life? (If anyone remembers that song, I apologize in advance for ruining their day.)

    Really? Really? I think I’m going to be sick now.

    I always find, daily, that there is something new to add to the insane list. I guess this is PETA
    and Disney approved (“All Dogs Go To Heaven). It is sad the the humanization of animals has gone this far. I love dogs, but this is beyond my ken to understand what is going on the the minds of some. It is neither funny or cute.

    @Recovering Lutheran
    Yes it was sung by Tom T Hall. Every bit as painful as this monstrosity.
