The LCMS President’s Office has released a series of graphics in support of the Witness-Mercy-Life Together emphasis. You can find them all at this page, and have access to high and low resolution full color and black/white images, etc.

Great logo. It would make a fine banner kit for parishes and synodical institutions. Is it safe to assume that such is already being considered?
Dennis, that is very safe to assume.
From the note at the bottom of the linked-to page, it sounds like, say, a past elder ought not use these on his blog. Is that correct?
