Hooray for my Lynn…she ran a half-marathon this morning, here’s she is afterward, and she is still smiling!

Way to go Lynn!!! I had some friends from Tulsa came up to run the half. The heat was brutal for distance running at Go! STL this morning. To finish in that heat is a real accomplishment.

Start slow. A mile is kinda long to start right off the bat. Running couples is good together time. Much better than couch potatoing together. A habit and hobby in common.
