Thanks for the update Paul. Just ordered a copy for a pastor friend of mine in Iceland who is now on a 6 month enforced leave of absence from his job as a public school teacher because he wrote on his personal blog that homosexuality is a sin. He will be allowed to come back only if he stops blogging about homosexuality, but he has already told the powers that be that he will not sell out his right to freedom of speech. Although he is Pentecostal he has a great deal of interest in Lutheran Orthodoxy and now with time to spare what better to do than get into the BOC. Thanks again.
