You can only say that if you have very intentionally chosen to miss the entire point. Point being if the US Government recognizes Native American use of drugs that are otherwise illegal as part of their First Ammendment rights, it surely can also recognize that it is a First Ammendment issue when religions do not want to be forced to pay for and provide drugs that kill unborn children.
