Start saving now, kids. It’s expensive!!

The new Batmobile ain’t worth 2 cents, let alone $18,000,000. It looks like a dune buggy on meth. I doubt Bruce Wayne had much luck picking up chicks with that clunker.
Give me the 1966 Batmobile any day of the week. Now that’s style!

Some of the items seem a bit inflated. The cowl required an order of 200 so as not to raise suspicion, so that would actually be a per unit cost of $5000.
Since Bruce cut and ground the Batarang throwing stars himself, they would have to be made of platinum to cost $1000 each.
Nevertheless, it would cost a lot to be a super hero.
Yes, I agree, but on the other hand, they are such speciality items, made by hand. And I like your explanation. No doubt many copies of everything were ordered.
My daughter (age 40 with 4 grown children) loved this! Her 3 boys were/are still into Batman, though I don’t know if they saw that recent film. The youngest, now 18, had the complete outfit, and related toys at about 9-10 years old. It’s ahame they had to make the movies so violent as the originals were not that bad, I understand.
I never know what I am going to find here but my husband and family enjoy the FW items…
thanks.
