There have been plenty of stupid things in Christianity down through the ages, but throwing rocks at stones to obtain forgiveness of sins and rather routinely having hundreds trampled to death in the process….well, I guess I don’t quite know what to make of this. If something like this happened at a Christian event, during some Christian ceremony or other, one can only imagine Western media railing against it and mocking and making fun. What will we read or see about this in that same media?
